Company plans to revolutionize the way

direct-to-textile printing is approached.

The new MTEX 5032 ProThe new MTEX 5032 ProMTEX Solutions, known for its pioneering approach to digital textile printing, used FESPA as the launch pad for announcing a raft of new products.

The company has developed a range of pre- and post- fabric treatment machines that have been designed to enable the end user to have a complete turn-key solution to printing onto textiles in whatever market they choose, be it signage, interiors or fashion.

One of the key selling points used by MTEX Solutions at the exhibition was the price-point at which these new machines were launched, at levels it hopes will revolutionise the way direct-to-textile printing is approached.

The new products launched included:

MTEX PAD – designed to pre-treat and coat materials with productions speeds of between 30 and 140 linear metres per hour. It can be used inline with the MTEX 500 and MTEX TURBO 1.8m wide printers to allow users to coat their own medias prior to printing.

MTEX 5032 PRO – The New MTEX 5032 Pro is a second-generation version of the MTEX 5032 3.2m wide textile printer. There is a new integrated platform on this PRO model as well as a new feeding and take up system, which uses compressed air. The new printer also features a new continuous ink feeding system.

MTEX W&D – To finish the line, a new washer and dryer unit was unveiled, specifically to emulate traditional methods of finishing fabrics – but the MTEX W&D Washer and Dryer is designed with the Digital Textile printer in mind. It has four washing tanks and a water treatment and re-use system installed as well as a dual drying system via vacuum and cylinders which can reach drying temperatures of up to 200 degrees.

Visitors to the MTEX Solutions stand were able to avail of a personal demonstration of the new machines as well as take away a full specification sheet on the machines.
