Next month’s Ipex, as was the case four years ago when this photo was taken, will provide a key customer-building opportunity for Konica MinoltaNext month’s Ipex, as was the case four years ago when this photo was taken, will provide a key customer-building opportunity for Konica MinoltaKonica Minolta has announced it will be showcasing what it terms as a ‘holistic’ approach to the production printing market through services, solutions and new technology at Ipex, 24-29 March 2014, ExCel, London.

The company plans to demonstrate real-value business opportunities while also hosting live demonstrations across software, services and products which will be at the heart of its offering on Stand N1 C130, where it will have 1,200 sq m of floor space in a prime location at the exhibition.

Customer testimonials and other presentations at Ipex will also underpin why production printing has been a special success story for Konica Minolta. It said there had been a significant increase to its customer base over the last decade, a factor which now made it one of the market leaders in cut-sheet printing in small- and mid-production.

Olaf Lorenz, General Manager, International Marketing Division, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, said: “Ipex will be a perfect platform for us to showcase our business offerings across all platforms, as we are now far more than just a print provider. We are helping customers to optimize their revenues through enabling new business by creating value and long-term relationships.”

Central to Konica Minolta’s support initiatives as a solutions and services provider will be its Digital1234 business-building programme, which aims to provide added-value for customers through saving money, increasing productivity, adding new services and generating increased profitability.

Lorenz added: “Digital printing opens up a host of new opportunities. Through our own software development and by working with carefully selected partners, we have a world-leading position in applications growing in prominence such as workflow automation, web-to-print, variable data printing and cross media.  With our tools we also serve current trends like cloud computing and security.”
