  • Fitch Downgrades Xerox Corp. (XRX) to 'BBB-' Amid Separation Plans
    February 1, 2016 11:31 AM EST. Fitch Ratings has downgraded the ratings for Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX), including the long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR), to 'BBB-' from 'BBB' following the company's announcement it will separate into two publicly traded companies. Fitch maintains the Rating Watch Negative pending further details around the ultimate corporate and capital structure of the remaining company (Remainco).     18:00, 2 Feb 2016. Cancer patients suffering from a loss of bone tissue could benefit from new research into synthetic bone implants being conducted by Nottingham Trent university. The research aims to improve the toughness of 3D-printed bone 'scaffolds' which are used as a temporary bridge to allow the regeneration of natural tissue.
